Christie Del Monte, President
Founder of Charlie's Presence, Christie is the main visionary of the company's purpose. She grew up surrounded by dogs giving her a long list of experience and a passion for animals. She dedicates most of her time volunteering with local shelters and is a loving Aunt/Godmother. She has been well versed in managing people throughout her business career. Her most valuable experience was gained from her time as a liaison with the United States Coast Guard in which she helped deployed service members and their families.
Tracey Sondag, Director
Tracey has taught high school English and French since 2004 in San Diego, California and currently in Reno, Nevada. In her spare time, she enjoys running half and full marathons. She is a cat and dog lover who recently rescued Diamond, an American Pit Bull Terrier, from a local shelter. During the process of adopting Diamond, she met Christie at the shelter and learned of Charlie's Presence. "I'm proud to be a member and I am honored to serve on the board of this nonprofit organization to advance its mission in helping dogs and families in need."
